ABOUT THE DESIGNER/PRINTER
Jeryl Roberts Jones has been contributing to the design and print world since the early 1970s, first through her work as a commercial artist and now as graphic designer. Her career started at the Corse Press in upstate New York, where letterpress was giving way to offset printing. It was the same place her grandmother had worked. Today, more than 38 years later, Jeryl’s unqualified success as a commercial artist and graphic designer is the result of her passionate creativity in a variety of artistic media. Always seeking to learn and improve, she has worked alongside printers across the country. She has a B.S. in Graphic Design from Arizona State University (ASU). At ASU, she studied under Rob Roy Kelly and in early 2000, with John Risseeuw and Dan Mayer, taking classes in Fine Printing and Artist Books. Her artist books are in collections locally and across the U.S.
